To secure your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Should you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply based on the notice period:
Once passengers have boarded the vehicle, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued for any part of the journey.

…and these providers apply cancellation fees, those charges will be passed on to the Hirer in addition to Britannia Wheels’ standard cancellation fees.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request, minus any applicable deductions based on the terms outlined above.
If the passenger fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location and time without prior notice, the booking will be classed as a No-Show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
